Wow, I finally removed my husband from our insurance policy and the cost actually increased. What the?! One widow driving is more expensive than two adults, one of whom had his license for a year!!!!!!!
Seriously! I am probably now paying twice as much as when I was single, clean record, license forever.
Does anyone know if this widow cost stays high for long?!
I did not file a claim against his insurance, so there was no increase because he was shot in the car. This is unrelated.
We will not talk about how well my brain is working right now. We will talk about getting new insurance.

Find a new insurance and call around as if a single woman, not a widow.
