A Day With The Lord

A day with the Lord is better than 1000 elsewhere.

I have to believe this, since my husband’s life was cut so short. He’ll have days with the Lord, but he has fewer days here with us.

Meanwhile, life on earth continues.

Thankfully, we are rat free, and just like when our basement flooded, I do love the aftermath. Everything that was under the sink has been cleaned, organized, we have fresh shelf paper, and it all looks so nice. I don’t mind a mess of toys all over the floor, but I love neat drawers and cabinets.

Work has been insane. I definitely started at a busy time. There is so much work to be done as we push forward to protect precious lives and promote a culture that understands that life is sacred. I will blog about it here on my personal blog but right is I still have so many things to write for Georgia Life Alliance.

And here I was going to complain a bit about my boring Friday nights alone with baby.

Life still has some wonderful moments.
