A Love Like No Other – Gilbert Blythe vs Hosea

I know I’m usually a fairly open book, but this is a new level of vulnerability for me.

I’m posting this twice in a row, because I need to.  It is so easy to forget your are loved, so hard to remember you are loved.

One thing we wanted most for baby girl was that she know she was loved, and yet it can be so hard for me to grasp that I was loved.  In the weeks following my husband’s death I felt like I could finally see what everyone else saw and truly understood how he loved me.  But this world has a way of making me forget.

Jesus knew he was beloved by his father and wanted us to know that as well.
