Grief

Bravery

Three years ago I sent this to my hero, my fiance, while we were waiting for him to get his visa.

Everyday, as he faced the challenges of life in a new country and culture he showed his bravery again and again.

I pray I will be able to follow all he taught me about trusting God and acting bravely. I pray I will be able to pass it on to Zoya.

I pray his example will continue to embolden others to act without fear.

I miss my hero.
