A Moment Alone

While Shah and Zoya were helping the Afghan family again, I came home from work and actually has almost a full hour home alone. I laid in the bed with the sun steaming through the window, closed my eyes, and I swear it felt like heaven. I have no idea when the last time I was home alone, but that was awesome. It’s not the same as just being awake when they are both sleeping. It’s the luxury of silence while knowing they will soon be with you again.
