Please quit fighting.
Walk in humility and learn to get along.
Way too much time and energy is wasted when agencies, organizations and ministries fight for resources, fame, attention, at-a-boys, and glory. I find, generally speaking, the more real work an organization does, the less time it has to bad mouth other organizations. The more control a group tries to take the more splintering occurs.
When there is a big shared goal that requires a lot of work, everyone works together. Once that goal is achieved, the fight turns inward and everyone battles to find their place after the battle.
The more vocally you bash those who should be your partners, the more foolish you look. There is more than enough work to go around. I shouldn’t have to preach to everyone to stay in their own lane, because we should be able to work together in the same lanes.
Keep your head down and work and you will be noticed and applauded.
Yell and shout, bad mouth and flap your arms, and you will loose your reputation and ability to act.
Exaggerate and praise yourself, and you will loose trust be mocked. Be honest about what you can and can’t do and you can be an asset in the fight.
