Holiday Survived 

Whew!  Being in Franklin for the holiday was so much harder than expected. I’m glad I was there and had some good moments alone and with family, but this gif illustrates how I feel to be back in the protective cocoon of our home. 

For those of you who told me you chose to do something radically different for your first holiday after a loss, I think you chose wisely.
