Milestones

She is 24 weeks old today. I have been back at work as long as I got to stay home. It is getting better. We rebonded over the weekend as we always do and yesterday,  when I got home, she didn’t act like I was a stranger. She would look at me and not just at her daddy and we spent a long time making faces at each other.
Friday, she started rolling from her tummy to her back and she did it a lot more on Saturday.
Somehow she completely spun around in her bed this morning. She raises her legs up, rolls to her side and then straightens out on her back and it spins her. I don’t think it is deliberate yet.
Last night she definitely was deliberately trying to inch worm forward. She would be on her stomach, put her nose on the ground, pick up her butt in the air, and then stretch out. She doesn’t always go in any particular direction, but she tries.
She doesn’t sit up yet, but likes the bimpo and is pretty good sitting on the couch even when not on a corner.
Her favorite thing is standing. She almost always smiles when standing. We just haven’t snapped a good photo of the smile. This picture was taken to show off those thighs. Aren’t they amazing?
