When I was walking laps around the house, holding my newborn, crying, and chanting over and over, “My God shall supply all your needs ACCORDING TO HIS RICHES AND GLORY,” I could only dream I’d one day have a fridge and freezer full of milk. There was nothing I could do to make it happen. I took a lot of steps to help it happen, but finally after a full week of no milk and the baby loosing weight, the milk came in… abundantly.
And every time I look in the fridge I’m reminded of God’s provision for our needs now. And it gives me faith that He will also provide for our needs in the future.
Update: God just added to the blessing by allowing me to give our extra milk away to a friend. There is no better way to start Monday morning.
