So we didn’t love Hilton Head, but we really enjoyed our little stop in Blufton, SC on the way home. Blufton, is a small historic town two miles from Hilton Head that had so many cafes with outdoor seating and wine bars, that it felt like Europe even though it didn’t look like Europe.
We just stopped and walked around for about an hour, but I’d love to come back and stay for a night or two.
And everyone always says there is nothing between Savannah and Macon, but we found a great place for lunch in Metter, Bevrick’s, and Zoya loved the ducks.
