It’s easy for us to find a reason to celebrate. We have first time we talked, first time we met, proposal, engagement, ring, arrival in US, wedding, baby…
After his 3:30 am night with baby, I realized we needed a celebration so I looked at the calendar, figured out today was our year and a half wedding anniversary, and we celebrated, with a card, chocolate, Batman Begins and a little of Adam West’s real 1966 Batman.
There was nothing really out of the ordinary except the card, but it was all special because we decided it was special.
My dad likes to celebrate nerdy things like 2000 weeks of marriage. God had the Israelites celebrating all kinds of festivals throughout the year.
What can you decide to celebrate? How do you make life special?
