Working Vacation

image

We are super excited to be heading to Savanah tomorrow for a working vacation. I’ll be teaching several classes a day, but the mere fact that we will be in a new location, which makes it easier to savor every moment, will also make it a vacation.

We will take advantage of the trip to explore or nap (my husband’s thing) every chance we get, before and after my classes. One thing I’m most looking forward to, besides nature, is that except for a few meetings, I’ll be the one talking so no additional sad or evil stories will seep into my brain for a few days.

It’s a vacation indeed.

I guess that means you won’t need a babysitter. I’ll just keep working on Zoya’s quilt. 🙂
